Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at MBM-jo.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer a flat shipping rate of 3 JOD across Jordan. However, if your order total exceeds 150 JOD, you are eligible for free shipping. Please note that this offer excludes bulk items (items weighing more than 10KG), where additional shipping fees may apply.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Bulk Items Shipping Policy

For bulk items exceeding 10KG, additional shipping fees may apply. The specific charges will be communicated to you at checkout or after you place your order. Please contact our customer service for more details if needed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and WhatsApp message once your order has shipped, containing your order invoice. All shipments are non-tracked, but you can always check with our team through our contact channels.

Payment

Upon receiving your order, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your order and that it is being processed. If you are paying by making an online payment, a validation check and authorization by the card issuer will be made, and payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the time the order is made. Otherwise, you will need to pay in cash upon delivery of your order.

MBM-jo.com takes care to ensure that the Site is secure and that details of your order and payment are kept confidential, but in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

Please note that we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Any payment transactions carried out by us or our chosen third-party provider of payment processing services will be encrypted using Secured Sockets Layer technology. Persons under the age of 18 should use this Site only with the supervision of an adult. Payment information must be provided by or with the permission of an adult. However, we reserve the right to only accept orders from those over 18.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons, including but not limited to service availability, errors in the description or price of the service, as well as if fraud or unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
